ELIGIBILITY

Term Life VIP is available to the policyholder and his/her spouse or domestic partner, who meet the following requirements:

Be between 25 and 65 years old

Have an active, eligible health insurance policy issued by VIP Universal Medical Insurance Group. For new insureds, both policies must be purchased simultaneously

Some applicants, depending on their age and/or the coverage requested, must submit the medical exams required by the VUMI® at the time of application

The maximum age for the renewal of the term life policy is 74 years old.
